Keeping the Student Success Formula Community Safe

We know you're trusting us with your child's time and attention, here's exactly what we've put in place:

• No direct messaging between students. Private messaging is switched off community-wide.
• No public member directory. Students can't browse or search for other members.
• Age-separated spaces. Your child only interacts with others in their own age band (11–13, 14–16, or 17–18).
• Every space is moderated. Admins and DBS-checked staff can view all activity, nothing happens unsupervised.
• Usernames are reviewed. While students can choose a nickname instead of their real name for privacy, all usernames are checked by our team against our community guidelines, and anything inappropriate is changed immediately.
• All live sessions are recorded, giving a full record of every group coaching call.
• Reporting is direct and personal. Any concern, big or small, can be raised straight to us: email [email protected] or WhatsApp +44 7961 311717. We respond promptly and treat every report seriously.
